#ReindeerABook
It isn’t officially the holiday season until we have “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” stuck in our heads, which happened…oh, right, yesterday. That means the the holidays are here!
Rather than lose our minds trying to get this earworm out, we’re turning it into a fun game: #ReindeerABook. Here’s what we came up with, but feel free to add: we can’t wait to hear yours!
Because reindeer have dreams, too! Sure, they probably involve more sleds than yours, but that doesn’t make them any less valid.
We’ll take this in fiction and nonfiction, please.
We kinda want cute antlers now. They could be the next flower crown, right? …right?
Okay, at least a Snapchat filter, please.
Why are reindeer on a boat? We don’t know, either. Don’t ask questions. Just enjoy.
Several questions: 1) Will there be a film adaptation of this version? 2) Do British trains have cars that accommodate caribou? Either way, we’ll be reading this book.
Happy Reindeer Games, and may the naughty-or-nice list be ever in your favor.
Wanna bet that Ronald McDonald is jealous of Rudolph’s ride? We do. Though can you imagine the havoc Rudolph would wreak if someone gave him a red sports car to drive around San Francisco…?
The song says that “you know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen,” but do you really know Prancer? In War and Prancer, this gentlemanly reindeer gets his well-deserved time in the spotlight. Where he might need a helmet and bulletproof vest so he can square off with Napoleon’s army.
